Tbh, had an awesome stay during Dusshera holiday in Oct-15. The staff was wise and the place was clean. Location: the hotel was really close to Jalianwala Bagh-, bus stand, railway station, golden temple, and shopping malls. Had lunch/dinner at Shiv Shakti Dhaba, which I found at walking distance from the property. The room was huge and impressive, included with balcony and all basic facilities, as for instance.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to the main market area and just a short tuktuk ride away from the Golden Temple. The hotel had a huge parking space with a guard which made us feel secure. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Great location near main roads and top attractions, with easy access to a prominent parking lot that saves time and offers security. Plus, the hotel has a sizable parking area. We had a good experience, and received two complimentary items which we enjoyed.

TV signal was consistently poor, parking was limited and WiFi speed was not up to par. Room was not properly cleaned, and we could not find the warm blankets that were claimed to be provided.
